We prefer clients who are hopeful pessimists. Leaders who lean into the future. Leaders who are aware that the times are both more perilous and more promising than is commonly understood. Sadly, leaders who are confident that they are on top of every question seldom call us. Their illusion is that they already know the future. Those who do call us are more open than most to a profoundly changing world and both more nervous and more hopeful about it. Our clients are also more ambitious than most about the depth of the changes they seek to bring about; more courageous about the degree to which they are committed to changing the trajectory of their organization.
We do not specialize by size of budget or sector. Rather, we work with leaders who are learners and agents of change; persons committed to shaping a better future regardless of the sector or size of their organization.
